Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related major.

• Good knowledge of manpower regulation, Jamsostek, Tax (PPh 21)
• 2 years experience in compensation and benefit area
• Familiar with remuneration application program
• Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
• Has ability to liaise with employee  from all levels
• Ability to work independently under tight dead lines
• Proficiency in English
